The Hydraforce 5040063 (5040063) is a solenoid-operated, 3-way, normally closed, poppet-type, proportional screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. It is specifically designed for low leakage blocking and load-holding applications. This valve operates by acting as a check valve when de-energized, allowing flow from one port to another while blocking the opposite flow direction. Upon energization, the poppet lifts to open the flow path in the opposite direction.
