The Hydraforce 5029708 (5029708) is a solenoid-operated, 4-way, normally closed, poppet-type screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. It features standard SV and manual override MO options, making it suitable as a blocking or load-holding device for low flow circuits that require pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage. In its operation, when de-energized, the SVX model acts as a check valve allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking flow from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the valve's poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 1 to port 2, while severely restricting flow from port 2 to port 1.
This valve is equipped with a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat that ensures long life and minimal leakage. Its efficient wet-armature construction and unitized, molded coil design enhance its durability and performance.
