The Hydraforce 5029648 (5029648) is a solenoid-operated, 3-way, normally closed, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve designed for precise control in hydraulic systems. This model features a standard SV and a manual override MO option, enhancing its versatility and operational reliability. Specifically engineered to function as a blocking or load-holding device, it is ideal for low flow circuits that require pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage. In its default state when de-energized, the SVX configuration of the valve acts as a check valve, permitting fluid flow from port 1 to port 2 while preventing flow in the reverse direction from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the valve's poppet lifts to facilitate flow from port 1 to port 2, while simultaneously restricting flow from port 2 to port 1.
Key features of this model include a continuous-duty rated coil and hardened seat which ensure long life and minimal leakage.
