The Hydraforce 5029627 (5029627) is a solenoid-operated, 3-way, normally closed, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. This valve is designed primarily as a blocking or load-holding device suitable for low flow circuits that require pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage. The operation of the valve is straightforward: when de-energized, the SVX functions as a check valve by allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking flow from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the valve's poppet lifts to open up the flow path from port 1 to port 2, while restricting flow from port 2 to port 1.
Key features of this model include a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat which ensures long life and minimal leakage. It also offers optional coil voltages and terminations tailored for various applications alongside efficient wet-armature construction. The cartridges are voltage interchangeable which enhances flexibility in usage across different systems with varying power supplies. Additionally, it has a unitized, molded coil design and provides an optional manual override feature. For environments requiring robust durability against moisture ingress, there are optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP67K available. This model also supports an industry common cavity which facilitates ease of integration into existing systems with standard cavities. A position sensor option further enhances its application in systems requiring precise control of valve positioning for optimized operation.
