The Hydraforce 5029585 (5029585) is a solenoid-operated, 3-way, normally closed, poppet-type hydraulic cartridge valve designed for precise fluid control in hydraulic systems. This valve features a screw-in design for secure installation and includes standard SV and manual override MO options, enhancing its versatility in various applications. The valve functions primarily as a blocking or load-holding device suited for low-flow circuits that require pull-only manual override mechanisms, such as handles or cable linkages.
When de-energized, the 5029585 acts as a check valve by permitting flow from port 1 to port 2 while preventing flow from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the valve's poppet lifts to facilitate an open flow path from port 1 to port 2 while severely restricting flow in the opposite direction. This dual functionality makes it ideal for applications where controlled flow reversal is necessary.
