The operation of this valve is straightforward: when de-energized, the SV1020X feature allows it to act as a check valve, facilitating flow from port 1 to port 2 while preventing reverse flow from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the valve’s poppet lifts to permit flow from port 2 to port 1, while significantly restricting the flow in the opposite direction.
