The Hydraforce 5029415 (5029415) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, piloted, poppet-type, normally open, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. It is specifically designed for low leakage in load-holding applications. The valve operates by allowing flow from port 2 to port 1 when de-energized; flow from port 1 to port 2 is significantly restricted during this mode. Upon energization, the valve's poppet closes on its seat, effectively blocking flow from port 2 to port 1. To enable flow from port 1 to port 2 under energized conditions, a pressure of between 50 to 150 psi (3.4 to 10.3 bar) is required to overcome the solenoid force.
