The Hydraforce 5029387 (5029387) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. It features a standard SV1020 and manual override (MO) options. This valve is specifically designed as a blocking or load-holding device for low flow circuits that require pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage. In its default state when de-energized, the SV1020X functions as a check valve, permitting fluid flow from port 1 to port 2 while preventing flow in the reverse direction from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the valve’s poppet lifts to enable flow from port 2 to port 1 while significantly restricting flow in the opposite direction.
Key features of this model include a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat which ensures long life and minimal leakage. The efficient wet-armature construction enhances its operational reliability. The cartridges are designed to be voltage interchangeable with an option for different coil voltages and terminations. For enhanced durability and environmental resistance, there is an optional waterproof E-Coil available, rated up to IP69K. Additionally, this model offers a unitized, molded coil design and can be fitted with a position sensor if required. The Hydraforce 5029387 uses an industry common cavity which facilitates compatibility and interchangeability with existing systems.
