The Hydraforce 5029370 (5029370) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. It features a standard SV1020 and manual override MO options. This valve is specifically designed to function as a blocking or load-holding device suitable for low-flow circuits that require pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage. The operation of the 5029370 is dual-mode; when de-energized, it acts as a check valve allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking the reverse flow from port 2 to port 1. Conversely, when energized, the valve’s poppet lifts to open and allow flow from port 2 to port 1, while significantly restricting flow in the opposite direction.
This model is equipped with a continuous-duty rated coil and features a hardened seat for enhanced durability and minimal leakage. It offers optional coil voltages and terminations tailored to various operational needs. The efficient wet-armature construction along with its unitized, molded coil design enhances its reliability and performance under different conditions. Additionally, the Hydraforce 5029370 provides an optional waterproof E-Coil rated up to IP69K for superior protection against dust and water ingress in harsh environments. Its design corresponds with an industry-common cavity which facilitates ease of installation and maintenance. Moreover, it includes an optional position sensor that aids in monitoring the valve’s status, ensuring optimal functionality of hydraulic systems in which it is deployed.
