The Hydraforce 5029306 (5029306) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. It is designed to function as a load holding or blocking valve with low internal leakage, suitable for various hydraulic applications. The operation of this model is straightforward; when de-energized, the SV1220X serves as a check valve allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking the reverse flow. Upon energization, the poppet lifts, altering the flow path from port 2 to port 1 and severely restricting flow from port 1 to port 2.
This valve features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat which ensures long life and minimal leakage. It offers optional coil voltages and terminations to accommodate different system requirements. The efficient wet-armature construction enhances its performance while its cartridges are voltage interchangeable which provides flexibility in usage. Its unitized, molded coil design adds to the robustness of the valve.
Additionally, it includes a manual override option which can be crucial for maintenance and troubleshooting purposes. For environments requiring rugged components, optional waterproof E-Coils are available that are rated up to IP69K, ensuring performance in harsh conditions. The cost-effective cavity design of this model also makes it an economical choice for integrating into various hydraulic systems without compromising on quality or performance.
