The Hydraforce 5029305 (5029305) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. It features standard SV1020 and manual override MO options. This valve is specifically designed to function as a blocking or load-holding device for low flow circuits that require pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage. In its default state when de-energized, the SV1020X model operates as a check valve, facilitating flow from port 1 to port 2 while preventing reverse flow from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the valve’s poppet lifts to open the pathway from port 2 to port 1, while simultaneously restricting flow in the opposite direction.
Key features of this model include a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat that ensures long life and minimal leakage. It offers optional coil voltages and terminations based on application needs. The valve's construction includes efficient wet-armature design and voltage interchangeable cartridges with a unitized, molded coil design enhancing its reliability and durability.
