The Hydraforce 5029232 (5029232) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. It features standard SV1020 and manual override MO options, designed specifically for blocking or load-holding in low flow circuits that require pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage. In its default state when de-energized, the SV1020X functions as a check valve, permitting flow from port 1 to port 2 and blocking the opposite flow direction. Upon energization, the valve’s poppet lifts to facilitate flow from port 2 to port 1 while significantly restricting flow in the reverse direction.
This model boasts a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat ensuring longevity and minimal leakage. Its efficient wet-armature construction alongside unitized, molded coil design enhances its operational reliability. The cartridges are voltage interchangeable which provides flexibility in usage across different systems with varying voltage requirements. Additionally, it offers optional coil voltages and terminations to suit diverse operational needs.
For environments requiring robust durability, there is an option for waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K. The Hydraforce 5029232 also supports a position sensor option for enhanced control and monitoring capabilities.
