The Hydraforce 5029219V (5029219V) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve designed for precise control in hydraulic systems. It features a standard SV1020 and manual override (MO) options, making it versatile for applications requiring reliable blocking or load-holding capabilities. The valve operates as a check valve when de-energized, allowing fluid flow from port 1 to port 2 and blocking the flow in the opposite direction. Upon energization, the valve’s poppet lifts to reverse the flow path from port 2 to port 1 while significantly restricting flow from port 1 to port 2.
This model boasts a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat which ensures long life and minimal leakage. It offers optional coil voltages and terminations to suit diverse operational requirements and efficient wet-armature construction enhances its performance. The cartridges are voltage interchangeable which provides flexibility in usage across various systems with differing power supplies.
