The Hydraforce 5029157 (5029157) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type hydraulic cartridge valve designed for precise control in hydraulic systems. This model features a screw-in design with standard SV1020 and manual override (MO) options, making it versatile for applications requiring reliable blocking or load-holding capabilities. When de-energized, the SV1020X configuration allows flow from port 1 to port 2, functioning as a check valve, while preventing flow from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the valve's poppet lifts to enable flow from port 2 to port 1 while severely restricting the opposite flow direction.
Key features of this valve include a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat that ensures long life and minimal leakage. It offers optional coil voltages and terminations to accommodate different system requirements. The efficient wet-armature construction contributes to its robust performance. The cartridges are designed to be voltage interchangeable with a unitized, molded coil design that enhances durability and performance consistency.
