The Hydraforce 5029123 (5029123) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. It features standard SV1020 and manual override MO options, making it particularly suitable as a blocking or load-holding device for low-flow circuits that require pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage. The operation of this valve is straightforward: when de-energized, the SV1020X functions as a check valve allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking flow in the opposite direction. Upon energization, the valve's poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1, with flow from port 1 to port 2 being severely restricted.
This model boasts several key features including a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat which ensures long life and minimal leakage. It offers optional coil voltages and terminations tailored to specific needs and efficient wet-armature construction. The cartridges are voltage interchangeable with a unitized, molded coil design enhancing its durability and performance under varied conditions.
