The Hydraforce 5029094 (5029094) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type hydraulic cartridge valve, designed for use in low flow circuits where a blocking or load-holding device is required. It features a screw-in design with standard SV1020 and manual override (MO) options, catering to applications that need pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage. The operation of this valve is straightforward; when de-energized, the SV1020X functions as a check valve allowing fluid flow from port 1 to port 2 and blocking the reverse flow. Upon energization, the valve’s poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1 while severely restricting the opposite flow.
This model boasts several notable features including a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat which ensures longevity and minimal leakage. It offers flexibility with optional coil voltages and terminations along with efficient wet-armature construction.
