The Hydraforce 5025659 (5025659) is a solenoid-operated, 2-port, normally open, direct-acting, spool-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. It is designed to function as a bidirectional blocking valve that enhances operational flexibility and efficiency in hydraulic systems. When de-energized, the SV1025 model facilitates flow in both directions, making it a versatile component for various applications. Upon energization, the valve's spool shifts to block the bidirectional flow path effectively. This model boasts several noteworthy features including a continuous-duty rated coil and hardened precision spool and cage which ensure longevity and reliability under continuous use. It is engineered with efficient wet-armature construction and a unitized, molded coil design which contribute to its robust performance. The Hydraforce 5025659 also offers optional coil voltages and terminations to accommodate different system requirements. Additionally, the valve includes a manual override option which increases its utility in manual control scenarios. Its waterproof E-Coils are optional and can be rated up to IP69K for high-level protection against ingress of dust and water, making it suitable for harsh environments. Both ports on the valve may be fully pressurized which enhances its application scope across various hydraulic systems. The 5025659 fits an industry common cavity, ensuring easy installation and compatibility with standard systems.
