The Hydraforce 5022048 (5022048) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type, proportional screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve specifically designed for low leakage blocking and load-holding applications. This model is highly efficient in its operation due to its continuous-duty rated coil and wet-armature construction. The Hydraforce 5022048 functions uniquely; when de-energized, it serves as a check valve allowing fluid flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking the flow from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the valve's poppet lifts to facilitate flow from port 2 to port 1. Additionally, this model is equipped with several noteworthy features including manual override options and an optional waterproof E-Coil that is rated up to IP69K, ensuring robust performance even in harsh environmental conditions.
