The Hydraforce 5022032 (5022032) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type, proportional, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. This model is specifically designed for low leakage blocking and load-holding applications. Functionally, the SP1020XXX configuration of the valve acts as a check valve when de-energized, permitting flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking flow in the opposite direction. Upon energization, the poppet lifts to facilitate flow from port 2 to port 1. Noteworthy features of this valve include a continuous-duty rated coil and efficient wet-armature construction which enhance its operational reliability and performance. The valve also offers manual override options which provide additional control flexibility in system operations. For environments demanding higher protection against ingress of dust and water, optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K are available. Additionally, it fits an industry common cavity which simplifies installation across various systems without the need for extensive modifications.
