The Hydraforce 5021618V (5021618V) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, piloted, poppet-type, normally open, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve tailored for low leakage in load-holding applications. This valve operates by allowing bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 when de-energized. Upon energization, the poppet closes to block flow from port 2 to port 1 while permitting free reverse flow from port 1 to port 2 after overcoming the solenoid force which requires between 50 to 150 psi (3.4 to 10.3 bar). The design features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat that ensures long life and minimal leakage. It also offers optional coil voltages and terminations along with efficient wet-armature construction. The cartridges are interchangeable across different voltages, and the unitized, molded coil design enhances durability and performance consistency.
