The Hydraforce 5021055 (5021055) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, piloted, poppet-type, normally open hydraulic cartridge valve specifically designed for low leakage in load-holding applications. This valve operates by allowing bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 when de-energized. Upon energization, the poppet closes to block flow from port 2 to port 1 while permitting free reverse flow from port 1 to port 2 after overcoming the solenoid force which requires a pressure range of 50 to 150 psi (3.4 to 10.3 bar). The valve features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat that ensures long life and minimal leakage. It also boasts efficient wet-armature construction and cartridges that are voltage interchangeable with optional coil voltages and terminations available.
