The Hydraforce 5021048P (5021048P) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, piloted, poppet-type, normally open, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve specifically designed for low leakage in load-holding applications. This valve operates by allowing bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 when de-energized. Upon energization, the valve's poppet closes to block flow from port 2 to port 1 while still permitting free reverse flow from port 1 to port 2 after overcoming the solenoid force which requires between 50 to 150 psi (3.4 to 10.3 bar). The Hydraforce 5021048P features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat to ensure long life and minimal leakage. It also offers optional coil voltages and terminations, efficient wet-armature construction, and cartridges that are voltage interchangeable.
