The Hydraforce 5021034 (5021034) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, piloted, poppet-type, normally open, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve specifically designed for low leakage in load-holding applications. This valve facilitates bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 when de-energized. Upon energization, the poppet closes to block the flow from port 2 to port 1, effectively managing fluid control in hydraulic systems. A distinctive feature of this model is its ability to allow free reverse flow from port 1 to port 2 after overcoming the solenoid force which requires between 50 to 150 psi (3.4 to 10.3 bar).
Engineered for durability and performance, the SV1023 features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat that ensures long life and minimal leakage. The efficient wet-armature construction alongside a unitized, molded coil design enhances its reliability and serviceability.
