The Hydraforce 5020696 (5020696) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type hydraulic cartridge valve designed for use in low flow circuits. This valve features a screw-in design and is equipped with standard SV1020 and manual override MO options. It functions primarily as a blocking or load-holding device, suitable for applications requiring pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage. In its default state when de-energized, the SV1020X model acts as a check valve by allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking the reverse flow from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the valve’s poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1 while severely restricting flow in the opposite direction.
Key features of this model include a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat which ensures long life and minimal leakage. The valve offers optional coil voltages and terminations to accommodate diverse operational requirements.
