The Hydraforce 5020666 (5020666) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. It features standard sv1022 and manual override mo options. Designed for low leakage blocking and load holding applications, this valve functions optimally in hydraulic systems requiring reliable performance. The operation of the valve is straightforward: when de-energized, the SV1022X acts as a check valve by allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 and blocking flow in the reverse direction. Upon energization, the poppet lifts to facilitate flow from port 2 to port 1 while continuing to allow flow from port 1 to port 2. Key features of the Hydraforce 5020666 include a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat which ensures long life and minimal leakage. Its efficient wet-armature construction along with interchangeable voltage cartridges enhances its versatility and ease of use in various system configurations. The unitized, molded coil design contributes to its robustness. An optional manual override increases its utility in manual control scenarios. Furthermore, for environments requiring higher durability against moisture ingress, there are optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K available. This valve fits an industry common cavity which simplifies installation across different hydraulic systems without the need for customized components.
