The Hydraforce 5020619 (5020619) is a highly efficient solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type hydraulic cartridge valve. It features a standard SV1020 and manual override MO options, making it suitable as a blocking or load-holding device for low-flow circuits that require pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage. The operation of the valve is straightforward: when de-energized, the SV1020X functions as a check valve allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking flow in the reverse direction. When energized, the valve's poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1, with flow from port 1 to port 2 being severely restricted.
This valve boasts a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat that ensures long life and minimal leakage. It offers optional coil voltages and terminations to accommodate various operational requirements. The efficient wet-armature construction enhances its performance, while interchangeable voltage cartridges add versatility. The unitized, molded coil design contributes to its robustness. For environments requiring enhanced durability, there is an optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K. Additionally, it fits an industry-common cavity which simplifies installation processes. A position sensor option is also available for applications requiring feedback on valve position.
