The Hydraforce 5020615 (5020615) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve designed for precision and reliability in hydraulic systems. Featuring the standard SV1020 and manual override MO options, this valve is primarily intended as a blocking or load-holding device suitable for low flow circuits that require pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage. In its default state when de-energized, the SV1020X functions as a check valve allowing fluid to flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking the reverse flow from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the valve’s poppet lifts to enable flow from port 2 to port 1 while severely restricting the flow in the opposite direction.
This model is engineered with a continuous-duty rated coil and features a hardened seat which ensures long life and minimal leakage. It boasts optional coil voltages and terminations to accommodate diverse operational requirements. The efficient wet-armature construction enhances its performance, while interchangeable voltage cartridges add versatility. The unitized, molded coil design contributes to its robustness.
