The Hydraforce 5020480 (5020480) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type hydraulic cartridge valve designed for use in low flow circuits. This screw-in valve features a standard SV1020 and a manual override option (MO), making it suitable for applications requiring pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage. In its default state, the SV1020X configuration of the valve acts as a check valve, allowing hydraulic fluid to flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking the reverse flow. When energized, the valve's poppet lifts to enable flow from port 2 to port 1, with restrictive flow in the opposite direction.
Key features of this model include a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat that ensures long life and minimal leakage. It offers optional coil voltages and terminations to suit various electrical requirements and efficient wet-armature construction that enhances its performance.
