The Hydraforce 5020479 (5020479) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type hydraulic cartridge valve designed for use in low flow circuits. This screw-in valve features a standard SV1020 and manual override (MO) options, making it suitable for applications requiring blocking or load-holding capabilities with pull-only manual override needs for handles or cable linkage. When de-energized, the SV1020X functions as a check valve by allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 and blocking flow in the reverse direction. Upon energization, the valve's poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1 while severely restricting flow from port 1 to port 2.
Key features of this model include a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat that ensures long life and minimal leakage. It offers optional coil voltages and terminations along with efficient wet-armature construction. The cartridges are voltage interchangeable with a unitized, molded coil design enhancing durability and performance consistency.
