The Hydraforce 5020470 (5020470) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. This valve features a standard SV1020 and manual override MO options. It is designed primarily as a blocking or load-holding device suitable for low flow circuits that require pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage. In its operation, the SV1020X model acts as a check valve when de-energized, permitting flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking the flow in the opposite direction. Upon energization, the valve's poppet lifts to open the pathway from port 2 to port 1, concurrently restricting flow from port 1 to port 2.
This cartridge valve boasts several notable features including a continuous-duty rated coil and hardened seat which ensures long life and minimal leakage. It offers optional coil voltages and terminations enhancing its adaptability for various applications.
