The Hydraforce 5020453 (5020453) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve designed for efficient control in hydraulic systems. It features a standard SV1020 and manual override (MO) options, making it versatile for applications requiring a blocking or load-holding device in low flow circuits. The manual override is specifically tailored for pull-only requirements, suitable for handles or cable linkage setups.
Operationally, when the valve is de-energized, the SV1020X functions as a check valve allowing fluid flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking the reverse flow. Upon energization, the poppet lifts to open the pathway from port 2 to port 1 while severely restricting the flow in the opposite direction. This dual functionality enhances its application in various hydraulic circuits needing precise flow control.
The Hydraforce 5020453 is engineered with a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat which ensures longevity and minimal leakage. It also boasts efficient wet-armature construction and unitized, molded coil design that contribute to its robust performance and reliability.
