The Hydraforce 5020449 (5020449) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type hydraulic cartridge valve designed for precision and durability in low flow circuit applications. This model features a standard SV1020 and manual override MO options, making it versatile for systems requiring pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage. The valve operates by allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 when de-energized, acting as a check valve. Upon energization, the poppet lifts to reverse the flow path from port 2 to port 1 while significantly restricting the opposite flow direction.
Constructed with a hardened seat, the Hydraforce 5020449 ensures long life and minimal leakage. Its continuous-duty rated coil and efficient wet-armature construction enhance its performance reliability. The unitized, molded coil design supports various operational environments with optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for high water resistance.
