The Hydraforce SV10-20-6T-N-24DG (5020447) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type hydraulic cartridge valve designed for use in low flow circuits that require a blocking or load-holding function. This valve features a standard SV10-20 configuration and includes manual override options suitable for applications requiring pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage. When de-energized, the SV10-20-6T-N-24DG functions as a check valve, allowing fluid to flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking the opposite direction. Upon energization, the poppet lifts to open the flow from port 2 to port 1, while restricting flow in the reverse direction.
This unit is engineered with a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat which ensures longevity and minimal leakage. It offers various options for coil voltages and terminations to accommodate different system requirements. The efficient wet-armature construction along with voltage interchangeable cartridges contributes to its robust performance. The valve's unitized, molded coil design enhances durability and reliability in demanding environments.
Additionally, this model can be equipped with optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for high moisture applications and it fits an industry common cavity which simplifies installation processes. A position sensor option is also available for applications requiring feedback on valve status. With pressure ratings up to 207 bar (3000 psi) and proof pressure of 345 bar (5000 psi), alongside burst pressure capabilities up to 896 bar (13000 psi), this valve is built for rigorous use. It supports a wide range of operating temperatures depending on seal material—ranging from -40°C (-40°F) with Buna N seals up to +204°C (+400°F) with Fluorocarbon seals—making it versatile across various hydraulic systems.
