The Hydraforce 5020428 (5020428) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve designed for precise fluid control in hydraulic systems. This model features a standard SV1020 and a manual override MO options, making it versatile for applications requiring a blocking or load-holding device in low flow circuits. The 5020428 operates by allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 when de-energized, acting as a check valve and effectively blocking flow from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the valve's poppet lifts to open the pathway from port 2 to port 1 while severely restricting the flow in the reverse direction.
This valve is equipped with continuous-duty rated coils and offers optional coil voltages and terminations to suit various operational requirements. Its hardened seat ensures long life and minimal leakage. The efficient wet-armature construction along with voltage interchangeable cartridges enhances its functionality and adaptability across different systems.
