The Hydraforce 5020426 (5020426) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type hydraulic cartridge valve designed for use in low-flow hydraulic circuits. This screw-in valve features a standard SV1020 and manual override MO options, making it suitable as a blocking or load-holding device. It operates with a pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage, ensuring versatility in its applications.
When the valve is de-energized, the SV1020X functions as a check valve by allowing fluid flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking the flow in the opposite direction. Upon energization, the valve's poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1 while severely restricting flow from port 1 to port 2. This dual functionality allows for precise control over fluid handling and direction within the system.
Key features of this model include a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat that ensures long life and minimal leakage. It offers optional coil voltages and terminations to suit various operational requirements.
