The Hydraforce 5020412V (5020412V) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type hydraulic cartridge valve designed for low-flow circuit applications. This screw-in valve features a standard SV1020 and manual override MO options, making it suitable as a blocking or load-holding device. The operation of this valve allows it to act as a check valve when de-energized, facilitating flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking the reverse flow. Upon energization, the valve's poppet lifts to permit flow from port 2 to port 1, with restricted flow in the opposite direction.
Enhanced for durability and performance, the 5020412V boasts a hardened seat that ensures long life and minimal leakage. It incorporates continuous-duty rated coil and efficient wet-armature construction. The cartridges are designed to be voltage interchangeable with an option for different coil voltages and terminations. Its unitized, molded coil design enhances reliability while optional waterproof E-Coils are available for environments requiring up to IP69K protection. Moreover, the industry common cavity makes this model versatile for various system integrations.
