The Hydraforce 5020285 (5020285) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type hydraulic cartridge valve designed for precise fluid control in hydraulic systems. This model features a standard SV1020 and manual override MO options, making it versatile for various applications needing a blocking or load-holding device. The valve operates as a check valve when de-energized, allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 and blocking flow in the reverse direction. Upon energization, the valve's poppet lifts to facilitate flow from port 2 to port 1 while severely restricting the opposite flow.
This unit boasts a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat which ensures long life and minimal leakage. It is engineered with efficient wet-armature construction and its cartridges are voltage interchangeable which adds to its flexibility in system integration. The unitized, molded coil design enhances durability and reliability of operation.
