The Hydraforce 5020155 (5020155) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type hydraulic cartridge valve designed for use in low flow circuits. This valve is particularly suited as a blocking or load-holding device and features a standard SV1020 with manual override MO options. The manual override is pull-only, making it suitable for applications requiring handles or cable linkage.
Operationally, the SV1020X model functions as a check valve when de-energized, allowing fluid flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking the reverse flow from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the valve’s poppet lifts to permit flow from port 2 to port 1 while severely restricting the flow in the opposite direction. This dual functionality enhances its application in various hydraulic systems by ensuring efficient directional control and load holding.
