In its default state when de-energized, the 5020141P acts as a check valve permitting fluid flow from port 1 to port 2 while preventing backflow from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the poppet lifts to reverse the flow direction, allowing fluid from port 2 to port 1 while significantly restricting the flow in the opposite direction.
