The Hydraforce 5020141 (5020141) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve designed for precise control in hydraulic systems. This model features a standard SV1020 and includes manual override options (MO), making it versatile for applications requiring pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage. The valve functions as a blocking or load-holding device suitable for low flow circuits.
Operationally, the 5020141 acts as a check valve when de-energized, allowing fluid flow from port 1 to port 2 while preventing flow in the reverse direction. Upon energization, the valve’s poppet lifts to permit flow from port 2 to port 1, although the flow from port 1 to port 2 becomes severely restricted. This functionality makes it ideal for applications where controlled flow direction is critical.
