The Hydraforce 5020132 (5020132) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type hydraulic cartridge valve designed for precise control in hydraulic systems. This model features a standard SV1020 and manual override (MO) options, enhancing its versatility and utility in various applications. The valve operates as a blocking or load-holding device suitable for low flow circuits that require pull-only manual override capabilities for handles or cable linkage. In its default state when de-energized, the SV1020X functions as a check valve, permitting fluid flow from port 1 to port 2 while preventing reverse flow from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the poppet within the valve lifts to enable flow from port 2 to port 1, simultaneously restricting flow in the opposite direction. This efficient control mechanism makes it an ideal choice for applications requiring reliable directional control of fluid. The Hydraforce 5020132 is built to endure continuous duty with its rated coil and features a hardened seat that ensures long life and minimal leakage. It offers optional coil voltages and terminations to accommodate different electrical requirements. The wet-armature construction contributes to the valve's efficiency and durability. Moreover, cartridges are voltage interchangeable which provides flexibility in maintenance and setup. Additional enhancements include a unitized, molded coil design that supports robust operation and an optional waterproof E-Coil rated up to IP69K for high-level protection against dust and water ingress. The industry common cavity design allows for easy installation and compatibility with standard configurations. A position sensor option is also available for applications requiring feedback on the valve's status, further extending its application scope.
