The Hydraforce 5020088 (5020088) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. It features standard SV1020 and manual override MO options. This valve is specifically designed to function as a blocking or load-holding device suitable for low flow circuits that require pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage. In its operation, the SV1020X configuration allows it to act as a check valve when de-energized, facilitating flow from port 1 to port 2 while preventing flow in the reverse direction. Upon energization, the valve’s poppet lifts to enable flow from port 2 to port 1, concurrently restricting the flow from port 1 to port 2.
Key features of the Hydraforce 5020088 include a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat that ensures longevity and minimal leakage. The valve offers various options for coil voltages and terminations to suit different applications and installations. Its efficient wet-armature construction along with interchangeable voltage cartridges enhances its versatility and functionality. The unitized, molded coil design contributes to its robustness, while the manual override option adds to its operational flexibility. Additionally, optional waterproof E-Coils are available that can withstand environments rated up to IP69K. The valve also fits an industry-common cavity and can be equipped with a position sensor for enhanced control capabilities.
