The Hydraforce 5020064 (5020064) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve designed for use in low flow circuits. This model features a standard SV1020 and manual override MO options, making it suitable as a blocking or load-holding device that requires pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage. The operation of the valve is straightforward; when de-energized, the SV1020X acts as a check valve allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking flow from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the valve’s poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1, while severely restricting flow from port 1 to port 2.
Key features of this model include a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat which ensures long life and minimal leakage. The efficient wet-armature construction along with unitized, molded coil design enhances its performance and reliability. Furthermore, this model offers optional coil voltages and terminations to accommodate varying requirements and applications.
