The Hydraforce 5020023 (5020023) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type hydraulic cartridge valve designed for use in low flow circuits. This screw-in valve features a standard SV1020 and a manual override option (MO), making it particularly suitable for applications requiring pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage. Its operation includes a dual-mode functionality where it acts as a check valve when de-energized, allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 and blocking flow in the reverse direction. Upon energization, the valve's poppet lifts to open the path from port 2 to port 1 while severely restricting the opposite flow.
Key features of this model include a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat that ensures long life and minimal leakage. It also offers optional coil voltages and terminations to accommodate different system requirements.
