The Hydraforce 5020021 (5020021) is a high-performance hydraulic cartridge valve designed for efficient control in hydraulic systems. It features a standard SV1020 and comes with a manual override (MO) option which facilitates pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage.
In its operational dynamics, the 5020021 remains closed when de-energized, functioning as a check valve by allowing fluid flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking the reverse flow from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the valve’s poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1, whereas the flow from port 1 to port 2 becomes severely restricted. This selective control makes it highly useful for applications requiring precise fluid regulation.
