The Hydraforce 5020015 (5020015) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. This device features standard SV1020 and manual override MO options, making it particularly suitable for blocking or load-holding applications in low flow circuits that require pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage. When de-energized, the SV1020X functions as a check valve, permitting fluid flow from port 1 to port 2 while preventing flow in the reverse direction. Energizing the valve lifts the poppet to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1, though it significantly restricts flow from port 1 to port 2.
The valve is engineered with a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat to ensure durability and minimal leakage over its lifespan. It offers optional coil voltages and terminations to accommodate varying operational requirements and is designed with efficient wet-armature construction. The cartridges are voltage interchangeable which enhances flexibility for system integration. The unitized, molded coil design contributes to its robustness. Additionally, it includes a manual override option and an optional waterproof E-Coil rated up to IP69K, ensuring reliable performance even in demanding environments.
