The Hydraforce 5020011 (5020011) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type hydraulic cartridge valve designed for use in low flow circuits. This screw-in valve features a standard SV1020 and offers manual override options, making it suitable for applications requiring pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage. Its operation is straightforward: when de-energized, the SV1020X functions as a check valve, permitting flow from port 1 to port 2 and blocking flow in the reverse direction. Upon energization, the valve’s poppet lifts to allow flow from port 2 to port 1 while severely restricting the opposite flow.
Key features of this model include a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat which ensures long life and minimal leakage. The valve is crafted with efficient wet-armature construction and its cartridges are voltage interchangeable. It boasts a unitized, molded coil design that enhances durability and performance.
