The Hydraforce SV10-20-0-N-00 (5020008) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type hydraulic cartridge valve designed for use in low flow circuits requiring a blocking or load-holding device. This valve features a manual override option and operates by allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 when de-energized, acting as a check valve. Upon energization, the valve's poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1 while severely restricting flow in the opposite direction.
Constructed for durability and efficiency, the SV10-20-0-N-00 includes a hardened seat to ensure longevity and minimal leakage. It offers optional coil voltages and terminations, along with efficient wet-armature construction. The cartridges are voltage interchangeable with a unitized, molded coil design that can be optionally waterproofed up to IP69K standards. It also accommodates various operational environments with its industry common cavity design and an optional position sensor for enhanced control.
The valve supports various seal materials suitable for different temperature ranges: Buna N seals operate between -40°C to +100°C, fluorocarbon seals from -26°C to +204°C, and polyurethane seals from -54°C to +107°C. Its robust construction allows it to handle pressures up to 207 bar (3000 psi) with proof pressure at 345 bar (5000 psi) and burst pressure reaching up to 896 bar (13000 psi). The SV10-20-0-N-00 is versatile in its application across different hydraulic systems where precise fluid control and reliability are paramount.
