The Hydraforce 5020001 (5020001) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve designed for use in low flow circuits. This valve features a standard SV1020 and manual override MO options, making it suitable as a blocking or load-holding device. It incorporates a pull-only manual override for handles or cable linkage applications. The operation of the 5020001 is straightforward: when de-energized, it functions as a check valve allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking the reverse flow from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the valve's poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1, with the opposite flow being severely restricted.
This model is equipped with several advanced features including a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat that ensures long life and minimal leakage. Moreover, it offers optional coil voltages and terminations tailored to various operational needs.
