The Hydraforce 5011113 (5011113) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally open, poppet-type hydraulic cartridge valve. This product is specifically designed to function as a load holding or blocking valve in applications that require low internal leakage at high pressures. The SF0823 poppet of the valve lifts to open from port 2 to port 1 when de-energized, allowing flow in both directions between these ports. Upon energization, the valve acts as a check valve, effectively blocking flow from port 2 to port 1 after overcoming a solenoid force that requires between 50 to 150 psi (3.4 to 10.3 bar). This model is distinctive for its continuous-duty rated coil and hardened seat which ensure long life and minimal leakage.
